French Press and "Brewed for you" Drip/Pourover

We grind and brew our coffee when you order it. This method insures that you get the freshest, most flavorful cup possible. It just isnt fair (for the grower, the roaster, or your taste buds) to brew a big batch of coffee that sits going bitter and stale waiting to be consumed. It take a bit of extra work but you are worth it. We are sure you will enjoy every sip.

Guatemala Nahuala "Quetzaltenango" - (co-op, fair trade, organic, shade grown, washed coffee)

Big sexy fruit dancesacross your mouth spreading summer peaches, apricots, blackberries andpowerful citrus & gardenia notes. Sweetly syrupy mouthfeel withhighly structured acidity that fills you with hope. A bright yet subtlestart moves into a long beautiful finish.

El Salvador - Finca San Jose - 2008 Micro: Finca 408 (relationship , single estate & shade grown)

A multiple Cup of Excellence winning coffee. Barefoot worked directly with farmer Gloria Rodrigues to cultivate this selection and we bought the entire farms harvest for 2008. A gloriously sweet and clean spring flower bouquet in a cup. Spring garden freshness, sweet yet soft acidity. A subtly cream anglaise like mouthfeel. Notes of peaches, sweet peas, tangerine and gardenia. Sweet lyrical finish of huckleberries and rosehips.
