The famous fazenda, Daterra is owned by philanthropist and coffee expert Luis Norberto Pascoal, who in 1986 added coffee to the family agribusiness that was established in 1974. While Daterra has always been guided by a strict environmental ethos, today Pascoal is widely regarded for his innovative research, sustainable farm management and application of agricultural technology. Luis and family make seriously awesome coffee.

Just the lightest hints of sweet acidity brings a wonderfully complex balanced. Satiny mouthfeel and well rounded body. Sweet, sweet, sweet like candy!
A smooth and sexily sweetheart of a single origin espresso that delivers low toned sweet chocolate and brown sugar. It also rocks as drip coffee and pour over where the super sweetness and cocoa finish set a smile to your face.
Only the ripest cherries are sorted out and then it is vacuum packed at origin to preserve freshness. |
