The famous fazenda, Daterra is owned by philanthropist and coffee expert Luis Norberto Pascoal, who in 1986 added coffee to the family agribusiness that was established in 1974. Luis and family make seriously awesome coffee.

Cupping Notes: Red candy apple sweetness married to a cornucopia of lovely brown sugar and butterscotch notes. Dustings of cocoa and hints of peaches and cherry pie. Just the lightest hints of sweet acidity brings a wonderfully complex balanced. Satiny mouthfeel and well rounded body. Sweet, sweet, sweet like candy!
A smooth and sexily sweetheart of a single origin espresso that delivers low toned sweet chocolate and brown sugar. It also rocks as drip coffee and pour over where the super sweetness and cocoa finish set a smile to your face.
Only the ripest cherries are sorted out and then it is vacuum packed at origin to preserve freshness. |
