Stop in for a demitasse at downtown Salt Lake's newest coffee house, Bevalo. This arty and cool establishment is offering a flavorful micro-harvest organic coffee bean from El Salvador: Finca Vista San Jose. The rich and fruity coffee will be featured all week.

Bevalo is worth a visit for its cool, clean, well-lit space alone, as well as the fine photography on its walls. You can tell from the looking around the place that owners Andrea Maize and Jon Stovall are graphic design-types by trade. Now they are fervent baristas offering fine organic grinds.
